In June 2010 the Randolph Soccer club changed its name to FC Sonora - Randolph Youth Soccer Development Program. Along with this change came a vision to create a club that provided a strong developmental program focused on the development of skills, game understanding and love for the game before having the opportunity to enter the FC Sonora competitive program.

Continuing with a directional change that began in 2009, resources and coaching expertise will be focued on the youngest members of the club in the Randolph Youth Development Program. All U6-U9 players will be trained by individuals with significant soccer expereince within an organized development program. This effort to strenghten the learning environment for the youngest players will improve the quality of players and increase their enjoyment of the game as they grow older.

U10-U18 Randolph Teams and U13-U18 FC Sonora Teams are still coached by volunteer coaches supported by professional trainers for specific team needs.
